Official Rules of the UT1 Giveaway

Participation constitutes Participant’s full and unconditional agreement to an acceptance of these Official Rules. Our Retweet Our Tweet Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) begins at 12:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) March 17, 2022 and ends at 11:59 AM ET March 31, 2022 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sweepstakes is sponsored by TIS Wheels (the “Sponsor”).

Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to any legal resident of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who has attained the age of majority in his or her state or territory at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor and their immediate family members and household and those of any corporate affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies of the Sponsor, and any other entities directly associated with this Sweepstakes (together, the “Released Parties”) are also not eligible to participate. All federal, state, local, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.

How to Enter
Participants must first be a “follower” or “follow” the TISwheels Instagram account. Participants must then “like” the post – “follow” @tiswheels, @herculestires, @atdwheels, and @dropstarswheels accounts – and “tag” a friend of their choosing.

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries of a participant who Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with, influence, or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this Sweepstakes. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

Drawing and Notification
Winners will be selected at the designated time mentioned in the post from among all eligible entries received in a random drawing. The first drawing will be held on April 2, 2022 from all entries received between March 18, 2022 at 12:00 PM ET and March 31, 2022 at 11:59 AM ET. Additional drawings will be held monthly for 2 additional months.

Winners will be notified by direct message on Instagram within two business days after the date of the drawing. Winners will have 48 hours to respond by direct message with their mailing address and phone number. Post office boxes are not acceptable and will disqualify the participant if an alternate mailing address cannot be provided.

If a prize notification is unclaimed or undeliverable to a potential winner, if potential winner does not respond to direct message within 48 hours, or if potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the such person shall be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected for the prize at issue. All taxes, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Names of companies other than Sponsor are used for purposes of prize description only, and such use is not intended to suggest or imply such companies’ sponsorship, endorsement, or approval of TIS Offroad or of this Sweepstakes. Prizes are not transferrable. Prize substitutions will not be allowed except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor due to prize unavailability for any reason, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded.

Sponsor’s decision is final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the Instagram account.

Prizes
One prize will be awarded every month during the Sweepstakes Period. Prizes will never exceed $2000.00 in value. The prize consists of a set of (4) TIS UTV/ATV Wheels and (4) TIS Offroad UT1 TIres.  TIS Offroad is not responsible for defective items and does not guarantee or warranty any item offered as a prize.

A participant may win no more than once during the Sweepstakes Period. Winners may be required to sign a Declaration of Eligibility, License, and Release in order to receive a Sweepstakes prize. Prize winners grant the Sponsor permission to use their names, statements, and biographical information for publicity, advertising, trade, or promotional purposes in any media or manner, now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further payment, consideration, notice, or approval.

Terms and Conditions
This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. By entering the Sweepstakes, where permitted by law, participants agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, shareholders, and agents from any and all liability, loss, damage, or injuries, including death, to any person or property of any kind sustained in connection with their participation in the Sweepstakes or from their acceptance, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of the prize. Participants further acknowledge that the Related Parties have neither made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the prize, including, but not limited to, its quality or fitness for a particular purpose. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the Sweepstakes mechanics and/or implementation will be prosecuted to the fullest extend of the law. By participating, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of TIS Tires as Sweepstakes Administrator (the “Administrator”) and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules. The Administrator reserves the right to disqualify any participant that the Administrator determines, in its sole discretion, violates these Official Rules. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited.

Privacy
Personally-identifiable information that is submitted by participants as part of this Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, select the prize winners, and fulfill the prize giveaway. By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree that they may be contacted by direct message on Instagram, email, phone, or regular mail at the addresses/numbers provided for purposes of the Sweepstakes.

Choice of Law
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of participants and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of Delaware.

List of Winners
To request a list of the names of the prize winners after March 31, 2022, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to TIS Offroad, Attention: UT1 Giveaway, 11803 Smith Ave. Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670. No requests will be honored after May 1, 2022. Residents of Vermont may omit return postage.
